  23. In your price range - not much.  The best thing might be to hang out in
  24. comp.sys.amiga.forsale and look for people offering A2410 (ULowell) cards.
  25. I got mine about 3 months ago - and paid $100 (US) for it...

  27. It does 256 colors in either 800x600 or 1024x768 mode
